Running over 10 months, this government-funded program involves 8 days of face-to-face workshops combining the latest theories with practical application to real-world projects. This unique program is aligned to the national qualification of a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
This unique opportunity will benefit your organisation and specifically employees who are in a position of influence, such as managers, team leaders or supervisors in a not-for-profit organisation.
The intention of the program is to develop in participants the capability they need to drive their organisations to become largely self-sufficient and sustainable in the long-term.
The program will address both individual learning needs as well as the foundational business skills required to operate successfully in the not-for-profit sector.
