We all know by now that we are living in times of great change and fear is a natural consequence of facing change.
Imagine if…
New global communities in business and society were filled with people who were able to establish stable and sustainable foundations of trust…. Trusting in who they really are, trusting in their ability to be all that they can be, and in the potential to achieve new and fulfilling futures.
This would build strong opposition to limiting beliefs, hopelessness, powerlessness, and confusion.
This would instead create social change through people who’s conduct is worthy of imitation, true role modelling for our younger generation, bringing people together, shaping new ways of being in our world, never before thought possible.
Who am I?
Have you ever felt like you have lost sight of who you are?
It is never a comfortable place to be in.
Experiencing a sense of not knowing clearly what it all means, but recognising the certainty of my truth, entices me into a search to understand more.
And as I synthesis this knowledge with my inner knowing I recognise my value. People respect those who know their value, so I build this into my potential to move forward and achieve.
Experience has shown me the importance to feel and not just think. To find my truth and to finally listen to me is a profound realisation.
Because when I listen to the intelligence of my heart I feel like I’ve come home!
Being the person I think people want to see makes me feel like I’m in an inner wilderness, lost and disconnected, leaving me wondering and yearning to be all of who I can be.
But when I speak from my truth I don’t feel compromised. Instead, I have a solid foundation that sustains the knocks and shocks often experienced in these changing times.
There is great wisdom in knowing my self-well, and expressing my true self with others. Its profoundly empowering and people see me for who I truly am.
“Courage is not a lack of fear – but the ability to act while facing fear.”
For many, just getting through their challenges is enough. But my experience is to overcome my challenges, communicate my truth with respect to others and to live in my integrity. And this is my example of true leadership.
The art of True Transformation is via True Leadership
This is a triumph of the Human Spirit!
Being true to who you are is a genuine reflection of the real fabric of a person’s being. Our perspective of ourselves is the very foundation from which we view others and the world.
This work is the cutting edge and now more than ever vitally needed in business and in society if we are to build a world we wish to live and work in that is mutually sustainable and beneficial to us all.
